Theoxenia Residence

The pool during summer. The location is great as I did not wish to go to Athens but if you do then there is public transport around. My room was basic but fine. The bathrooms are great. Staff are good. Get out and walk down to the main shops. Look up Drip in Kifisia that group of shops has coffee and Greek gyro. Nice walk too. But seriously if you don't need Athens but want to rest either go to a beach hotel with a pool or come here and chill by their pool. Unlucky if kids are around but headphones in and you are sorted.

The breakfast was very nice and the location of the hotel excellent the hotel has a very calm atmosphere and as foreigners we especially appreciated that most of the guests were Greek! Wonderful pool area

Centrally located. A good variety for breakfast, the best walnut cake I’ve ever tried. Selection of Greek tarts and pies was impressive. The rooms are huge! Outdoor space with pool is lovely! Staff and management friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
